Introduction
TrueBackAustralia.com.au is an independent seller of the Original True Back in Australia. All our prices are GST inclusive already and we are a registered Australian company compliant with the Australian Tax Office.

Do you have a shop front?
We are an internet based business and do not have a shop front. Our full range can be viewed and ordered via our website.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders received are shipped on the next working day with Australia Post. Please be aware that we cannot make any guarantees relating to delivery times once your order has been dispatched.  After the point of dispatch, it is in the hands of the Australian Post courier and it is their terms and policies and time frames apply.

When will I receive my item(s)?
Regular Post:
Please allow 5-7 working days, although most deliveries are made within 4-5 days.

Express Post:
Please allow 2-3-4 working days, please refer to AusPost for more information, it highly depends if you area is within the express delivery network.

Can you ship my order to a different address?
Yes. You can specify your preferred delivery address at checkout.

I need a stand urgently can you help?

Shipping abroad
Please contact us for a quote to ship anywhere outside the Australia.

Privacy & Security
We at  take your privacy seriously and take all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details. We only collect the information that we need to conduct our business such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway service provider (PayPal), our courier companies, our order fulfillment companies and where required by law to government or regulatory authorities.

No credit card details are stored at all by True  Back Australia as they are all processed by PayPal (an Ebay owned company).  We do not sell your details to anyone.

Returns & Replacements

If the item is faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect (not including damage due to transport), then we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided for a faulty item. We do not provide refunds if it is due to change of mind purchase. Once the original package/protective layer is removed, we can not issue a refund due to hygiene and health reasons.
